All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change at any time. Orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit or refuse any order.
Ordering & Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept payments via approved methods listed on our website. All transactions must be completed before dispatch. Prices are listed in INR and may be subject to taxes and shipping charges.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once shipped. International shipping may involve additional customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
All return and refund requests are subject to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) terms and conditions. ScientificEdge does not provide independent warranties but facilitates claims as per the OEM's policies. Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect products as per OEM guidelines. The request must be initiated within 2 days of delivery, and the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Chemicals and consumable products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to safety, regulatory, and contamination risks. Customers must verify specifications before purchasing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after OEM approval. The refund method and processing time depend on the manufacturer's policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by the OEM.
Governing Law
Any legal disagreement or argument related to HPR ScientficEdge would be dealt with in Delhi's only territory. All the legal issues are subjected only to applicable contemporary's laws in force at New Delhi to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi only.
